It says authentic on the post. It was hard to see the smaller details in the image but it was definitely a fake.

This game is an authentic version. We opened up the game and replaced the battery, and double checked to make sure it was authentic. You can also tell in the second picture we provided, that in the back of the cartridge, on the top left corner of the game, it had 4 little squares stacked, which is a quick way to identify that the game is authentic without having to open it up.
