I was going to leave neutral feedback because it was advertised as having a usb chargeable lighter but it didn't. Was refunded $4 but I had to fork out an extra $8 for a tin of lighter fluid. The postage was delayed as the seller chose a terrible courier. But since their communication was good, they provided a partial refund and changed the title of the listing I decided to give them a positive review.
