    This book will be helpful for people who are new to sous vide and also those with some experience. The book is simple and straight forward, if you would like an explanation of why you are doing something it tells you. If you would like to just go to a recipe and follow it you can also do that. I have been using sous vide for about three years and this book will make it easy to cook foods that I haven't tried before. The recipes from Americas Test Kitchen are usually fool proof.
