Advertised as NEW, the charger & straps appear to be new but the unit itself is disgusting - definitely USED and not even clean. In the photo the one on the right is an older model that I've had for two years and is much cleaner. Packaging damaged on arrival with no prior photos on listing stating damage (no good if you wanted to give as a gift). No wonder returns are not accepted, this seller knew what they were doing. Will be reporting to ebay for a partial refund as I still need the procuct.
