Communication perfect, packaging amazing and the butterflies beautiful �� We had a bit of a snafu with Royal Mail and their delivery but this seller went above and beyond to sort this out, calling Royal Mail twice to chase up the parcel, waiting on hold up to 40 minutes! The package arrived finally though! And I am not disappointed, the butterflies are beautiful and they are packaged incredibly well! ��
