When I asked for a refund because my father had died and I wanted to buy one as a gift Alan responded not to give him personal information he did not care.
I really wanted this item and Alan was very rude and unhelpful
He promised a refund and then did not pay.

eBay are investigating this buyer. All I asked for was my item back and I would pay the postage. She wants to keep the item and get the refund. She has lied to me about her children getting injured by the broken china and lied that she had already thrown the item away. I hope she is not so low as to lie about the death of a parent.
