Where do I start I ordered combi microwave 5 days later was told it was out for delivery waited & waited no micro - contacted seller said chase courier err no you are supposed to guarantee delivery you sort it - 2 weeks later after I'd asked to cancel order for a refund a microwave arrives so I then had to wait in for courier to collect that - seller not interested in my messages & reluctant to help - SO I ordered direct from Panasonic here in less that 48 hrs & £40 cheaper
