The item, a postcard was sent in just a thin envelope with no protective packing around it and arrived damaged. Even though the postal cost was £1.34, far more than any of the other cards I've purchased, all of which came with a protective envelope(10p). Seller did eventually refund the £1.84 total amount but only after I'd written to tell them it arrived damaged. The first refund for some reason was 30p, then after I'd written back, the rest was refunded. No apology or message sent either.
