Item was as described, delivery very dispatch was timely,my concern is that the delivery company just stuck the package in the letterbox with item on clear view for anyone to walk up and remove .This is the reason for neutral feedback ,you need to speak to the company you use to highlight the issue around ensuring a package is delivered correctly or to re-try later ,due to other commitments I was unable to answer the ring doorbell to advise them to try again later
