so damaged on arrival , boxes were opened cut up and re sealed , items were so badly damaged looked like they had been tossed in a cement mixer before delivery , seller responded but didnt at first believe they were damaged ,i also sent photos ,luckily ebay refunded me

Hi. The items were damaged on delivery. All items are quality checked before leaving us. We offered a resolution the same day by a full refund if you return the item. We also offered replacements, or a product allowance. When you initiated the return with eBay, we purchased the label for you to return in line with eBay’s policy. You then responded saying you didn’t not want to return the item and you will go through PayPal. As a goodwill gesture we processed a refund without a return.

Did not get the model of keyboard advertised in the listing although it was the same make. Received a compact cheaper version of what I ordered. Will keep the item because it is good quality but not happy about the dishonesty of the seller.
