Awful experience to be honest, worst I’ve had on eBay. First the seller said the item hadn’t been paid for, then procrastinated about despatching the item having first lied and given a bogus tracking number for which we had paid over £9 so the least you would have expected to be able to see where item was in the postal system. Item eventually arrived 10days after transaction only to discover the package is missing the cable to connect the keyboard. An absolute disgrace.

Seller didn't ship within the allotted timescale so we agreed to cancel. Seller did not issue a refund and I had to go through eBay to recover my money.
