Made an offer and added an extra £10 to cover postage on a collection only item. Checked several times that this was ok. They accepted and then tried to charge for handling/ time and packing. Ended up with EBay deal with this and I got full refund. May be new to EBay but need to read the rules first !

Bit weird that they made me collect and do the exchange in a literal Police station (not sure who was more confused, me or the on-duty officers) but a lovely bass either way! thanks so much.
