Hi jayneee71, Thank you for your comments. We're very sorry you feel this way, however as explained this was due to reasons outside of our control. Our courier EVRI, had a large incident whereby a local depot to yourself was set on fire, meaning EVRI blocked all deliveries within a radius, therefore we couldn't send earlier. We did advise this as soon as you contacted (after Dispatch) and in addition sent on a next day service (FREE OF CHARGE) , which resulted in the parcel arriving on time.
