Ordered a £210 dyson purifier for my grandmother in care, delivered faulty and damaged, requested a return and received an incorrect returns label resulting in 2 failed attempts to return the item, once it was returned the seller advised they will check and issue a return. Day one - no refund, day two - no response, day three - radio silence. Thankfully, ebay stepped in to issue a refund. Absolutely disgraceful.
