    Poorly packaged, box was taped shut (pictures didn't have any tape on the box), and the box had dog hair or similar in it, like what you get when you don't vacuum for a few days. The seller argued that they're allergic to dogs and it was clean when it was sent. Really? Items should be in exactly the same condition on arrival as they are in the pictures. This wasn't. To be fair though I did get a refund when it was shipped back but I could tell the seller wasn't best pleased.
