Item advertised was not as described. New and sealed means new and sealed not what I got, which had a tampered box with "seals in a baggy" rarther than on the box from factory. No screen film from factory and had previously been set up by somebody to a point. Item title had NEW/SEALED BOX which mislead me to purchase it. The watch undeniably is in excellent condition and was a fair price so I don't seek any compensation, just that the seller be more honest in the future.

I sent the watch exactly as I received directly from Samsung. As soon as the buyer informed me they weren't happy, I immediately gave them multiple options one of them being a return with a full refund and I cover the shipping costs. I also apologised multiple times.
