Item was shipped in a plastic bag so arrived squashed flat. Who thought that would be a good idea for a hat? Surely it should have been in a box? Arrived in completely unusable condition, fabric and LEDs damaged. Contacted seller with pictures and was told to stuff it with newspaper!!! I went on to request a refund and details to return but was only offered 50%. Was eventually refunded in full. Not a UK seller. Would not recommend.

I had reason to contact the seller over delivery of this item and they responded same day and immediately offered a FULL REFUND! ABSOLUTELY EXCRLLRNT SELLER! And someone I will certainly buy from again without looking at other sellers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (And I have been on ebay since 2001 and do not reccomend people without GOOD reason!)
