    Item was marked for my cooker model was incorrect part was very unhappy as it ment i was without my cooker for even longer seller took 4 days to reply only once I had requested through Ebay for a return did they respond instead of apologising for there mistake in sending the wrong one or wrong advertisement of the part they was selling they decided to try to part refund saying part was not in original condition which it was and it was packed for shipping better than it arrived.     Cheap but not great.

    This is a pretty poor copy of the Bosch part: 1. The handle appears to be painted and the paint is flaking off the backside surface. 2. It didn't come with a cover for the screw aperture. The old cover doesn't fit this handle, presumably because the moulding pf the handle isn't quite right. The best that can be said is that it's relatively cheap, it fits the door and my fridge looks better with it than without it.

    Buy Bosch!

    I fitted this handle to a Bosch fridge freezer that is 18-and-a-half years old. The original handle on the fridge door broke. Naturally the new handle is not a perfect match for the old handle that is still on the freezer door, but I could have replaced both had I wished. To get a better match I can still replace the other old handle in the future if I should wish, but I just do not want to throw away a perfectly good, working handle. The fridge freezer is old, so there is little to be gained by worrying about the aesthetics of it. This is why you should buy your white goods from good brands like Bosch. They make their spares backwards compatible, so even if a replacement part is not a "perfect" match to your model after nearly twenty years, it will still fit your appliance.

    Does the job

    The part looks identical to the original and fits well once in place. Only if you look closely you will notice a very slight space between the piece and the door at the corner, where the piece bends around the door. There was an issue installing it. The bit that goes inside the door (top left corner in the image of the product) would not fit. It seemed maybe too thick to get inside properly. I had to use a file to remove a bit of material before it would slot in. For me it was not a problem and it now looks like the original.
