    clock was shipped, it was not packaged so that it would arrive safely- came in in pieces- I reached out to the seller - who initially said he wld take the pics i provided to usps for a refund & days later- (after 2x attempts to contact him) he told me to file the claim with usps myself- & it wsnt his responsibility - & that is ebay's policy-to look it up- I contacted ebay & was told by multiple reps-he was wrong when item is damaged- it is sellers responsibility- ebay refunded me today
