My suggestion to the shipper would be to NOT use USPS. Packages always arrive late and beat up if they arrive at all. Good value for the money. Took a gamble on shaft size that was not specified but it worked.

Over all the part was of good quality and the condition was NEW. It was fair value. Came in a bubble envelope I just hope the side were not nicked up because it was hydraulic lifters stuffed into a small plastic bag in a bubble envlope.
