Lost one star because a) no paper tray (paper is exposed to dust) b) printer doesn't wake up when priniting sent to it like my old Canon did c) no double-sided printing. It was as described, a brand new printer with everything included. Works perfectly and for much cheaper than retail. One thing I will say is UPS is the worst delivery company in the UK hands down, the amount I saved almost wasn’t worth the hassle I went through with them.
