    Masterpiece

    Seriously, nostalgia aside...these early games by Monolith are simply masterpieces. The story, the characters, the MUSIC, amazing! There are long cut scenes so get comfortable, but man are they telling an incredible story. SO GOOD!

    A great forgotten gem

    Yeah it's a bit dated, but the story and complexity of gameplay leave a lot of options open, it really was an underrated classic that got buried by the bigger releases (like FFX). A shame the franchise was cut short, but it's definitely worth playing.

    Great story - great gameplay

    While the graphics may be lacking now, the compelling story and competent voice acting really bring this game to life. Coupled with an interesting battle system, this game is totally worth the price. I hear the second and third games are also worth it.

    Replacement Disc

    I bought a copy of this game at a pawn shop and the disc didn't work. Thankfully I saw this and got it at great price! Bonus: it was a black label(the case for the first one I have was a black label as well and the non-working disc was a red label).

    Still as Good as when i first played it.

    This is a great game that story and graphics still hold up to this day. Also unlike most RPG that come out now and days every character had depth and personality. That did a great job of making a world and story that would span 3 games. Highly recommended if you have a ps2.
