Spoke to their team of staff, they were very professional unsure what the problem was with the first so sent me a second. I will highly recommend these guys, any probs just message them 10/10 very professional & will definitely buy from these guys again. I contacted T&M as the plant wasn’t the quality I have previously received from them. They were brilliant at investigating my concerns and communication was spot on. The plant was replaced with a healthy vigorous plant that looks great and has already recovered from the transport.
