    THE SELLER was very understanding with regards to my order..the begonia plugs were trashed by the time they arrived (unsalgeable)i contacted the seller and they apologized and resent the order. they were better. So manythanks to them for addressing my concerns. Plugs were to small really to have survived what must have been a really rough delivery process. again thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Not impressed do not waste your money! 😠😠😠 firstly I expected normal size plug plants, these were really small only 1cm. Secondly placed order on 12th arrived today 7 days later despite listed as 48 hour courier. They had been sent through post and shoved through letter box. On inspection of the 6 plugs one was dead, one broken and third looking very dry. Really not what I would have expected from Thompson and Morgan - shame on you, you need to be more transparent in your listings!
