The second pack of container plants disappeared for a week in the post and when delivered were badly damaged and since then some have died. I contacted the seller when they hadn't been delivered and then again with photos when they arrived. The customer service was very good and had quick responses. Sent replacement for damaged plants. Overall very pleased with the plants and service.
