Power adapter sent on last day of estimated delivery, with laptop following the next day. Laptop not quite as in the description and images (no backslash key, have to press AltGr+# keys). Memory modules are a mismatch in brand and speed. Model number sticker on the bottom peeled the paint off when removed. Other than these physical things, the laptop works great. Will use this company again for my general laptops.
