We needed the product to be in the box shown to protect it from damage when we go on holiday. As the item isnt boxed.. is it actually New as described? Item took 9 days to be delivered.

Has now been a hold up with delivery, which I'm aware isn't sellers fault but when ordering something if there are going to be delays in actually dropping the parcel off it would be nice to receive some communication. Needed them for today 30th. Complete waste of money
