The delivery company not so excellent, I discovered when I looked at my computer this morning that they had left my parcel on my doormat yesterday teatime (the last time someone did that it was stolen). It is not a safe place and I was in at the time, all they had to do was knock on the door and they did not bother! Fortunately this time my parcel was not stolen. Delivery company nil points.
