    There were typical problems with USPS losing the shipment. This usually meeans, You re out of luck and will never get any satisfaction. But NOT in this case! The seller went to great lengths to find a suitable replacement with hopes of leaving me as a satisfied customer. His search was in vain but his genuine effort certainly was not. He couldn t be blamed for the culture of horrible USPS service. I received a full refund and an apology from an honest seller! We need more sellers like him!

    That's a very quick conclusion you came to. I responded to your message within an hour of seeing that there was a problem. I was surprised that the item didn't arrive on time but, as you stated in your message, deliveries can get backlogged during the holidays. I will do everything I can to track it down for you and provide a full refund if it is simply lost. To claim that I am a "ripoff" based on a shipping issue is ridiculous. I apologize on behalf of USPS. You will be made whole.
