He was very responsive and got back to me within the hour and provided tracking in a very reasonable time. There was an initial mistake with the first order which he corrected right away and sent out the next day. The items were packed securely in protective film with do not bend written on the packaging and they were exactly as described and of high quality. I do still have one missing poster but it was a large order 10/10!
