    Late delivery. Extortionate postage cost of £8.50 for a parcel that cost only £3.75. Asked seller for a refund on postage and she refused fobbing me off by saying she had paid 2 different delivery companies to send the parcel as the courier didn't collect the first time. Not the customers fault and would never deal with this seller again. £5 over charge on a parcel is disgusting

    I have apologies right away for the delay as I had some issues with posting the item. I have paid for DPD collection £12 but driver failed to collect the parcel so for that reason I had to pay another £3.75 for postage and sent it via Royal Mail , in total I paid £15.75. After the buyer requested to refund 4.75 difference, I have refunded it. I have tried to explain the buyer that I paid double amount for the postage , buyer left negative review.
