I'm not sure what type of leather it is, I wish I knew. Some of the metal parts are a little wonky in use. They're a bit difficult to put on yourself. But with two hands it's no issue.

But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever. Yes, the item is great, exactly as described, and packed well, but what made this so amazing was the seller's response when USPS completely lost the original shipment. I waited more than a week, and then contacted the seller. No hassle, no questions asked, no hesitation - they just shipped me out another one. got to me in a few days. all good. I know it wasn't the seller's fault that my original item never got to me, but they made sure I got what I paid for!!
