    Vegan essential vitamins

    Great B12 supplement

    I had been getting monthly B12 injections, however with current medical situation these had to stop. My GP suggested a spray and I found this a great replacement, in fact I feel better using this daily than waiting for my monthly injection. A pleasant apricot flavour. Recommended.
