    Excellent service from this seller. Great communication with seller, Ebay, Freshpak (Japanese courier I assume) and then Fedex delivery in UK. Fedex got a bit mixed up with their deliver notifications (first it was arriving and then it wasn’t and then back yo ‘delivered’. Also fedex customer service number is a ghost line. All in all, love my bag (zips a bit sticky but I’ll sort that out) and will be adding this seller to my favourites. Thanks again.
