The printer is relatively light & looks pretty chic. It doesn't come with a usb cable to connect to your PC, so you need to buy one. No manual at all as well, but I managed to get it with an online download. The setting up was fairly simple. Overall, it's worth the price. Have printed several family photos to check on the colour quality.

I suspect these are all returns from people who have failed to make them work with their systems. And this is the problem. You will have to be VERY computer savvy to sort things if they go somewhere inexplicable as you'll get no real help at all from your supplier (!) This one needed the .JNET framework installed on a system that didn't have it. Oh what fun! As Clint Eastwood once famously said, "Do you feel lucky punk? Well do you!"

It was as described, a brand new printer with everything included. Works perfectly and for much cheaper than retail. One thing I will say is UPS is the worst delivery company in the UK hands down, the amount I saved almost wasn’t worth the hassle I went through with them.
