    This cookbook is very good but could be so much better if each recipe was illustrated in colour. I realise you want to keep your costs down but the recipes would be great with a picture in colour! The front cover is amazing, which is why I bought it!

    idealist, not for newbies

    Far too hard line for newly diagnosed people. For most people this will simply put them off making the changes they need to. I will selectively use some of the meal ideas.
