After a short wait for my machine to get on the bench Derek messaged to update me on the repair which was completed without any issues. He detailed all the work needed, which seemed typical for a machine of this age. It arrived back today and sounds amazing. Good as new. HIGHLY recommended. Definitiely recommended. Even refunded me some of the postage saved from doing two machines together!

It’s always unknown territory sending valuable equipment off to be serviced, but Derek was a star. Communication was great throughout & my DAT player has come back in full working order. The only additional charge was a small fee to replace a broken cog & even then the faulty one was in the package to prove it was a necessary fix. Very impressive service.
