It is always accurately described but also includes who issued the cachet in question - in this case, it was from "Fleetwood"; besides adding a further description of subject & date. All my FDCs were packaged carefully & shipping costs were reasonable for the number & range of FDCs I purchased. By way of communication this seller added the extra information for the buyer which in turn added more value to each FDC received.
