    After extensive research on fully auto bean-to-cup machines, I opted for the Philips 5500 LatteGo, as it represented the best value in terms of practicality, coffee options, build quality and specs (including the 10% discount if course!). Had my De'Longhi Magnifica S for a number of years, however the device is dated and parts degraded. This machine appears to negate any such issues with easy cleaning. All in all, I'm overjoyed with my purchase, arrived within 24hrs of order placement.

    Surprisingly versatile, small footprint, good selection of brews

    My first bean to cup machine and so far so good, it's run in now and works fine. a few improvements would be to provide the first set of maintenance items with the machine such as the grease, descale liquid and bean oil cleaner. With the iced coffee feature it makes a great machine with plenty of choice. It replaced a Tassimo machine and is only just a little bigger so it doesn't take up a lot of space. I'd say that it is quite noisy but then it does grind the beans to order and get rid of the grounds, heat and pressurize the water. It's no where near the noise from you local coffee shop but the coffee is just as good and you are able to control the strength to your liking.
