Just plug in and connect to it via Bluetooth and the rest is taken take of by itself. Doesn’t have a SIM card slot so you need to hotspot your own phone if you want to watch Netflix. The video does not lag. The maps is very smooth too. And the sound does not lag aswell. It uses an android interface so additional apps can be downloaded from the android play store.

They were packed nicely and were new but, I would suggest to a buyer, if the picture shows a single halo that's probably what you'll receive. However in communication with the seller they apologised and offered a 20% refund (which I declined as they were cheap anyway). I would order from the seller in the future but I would look at the picture and read the description.
