The package contains broken glass pieces, and the liquid content is leaking, rendering it unsafe to handle and unacceptable for shipment. Unfortunately, USPS has informed me that they cannot accept the package in this state, as it poses a safety hazard. Given these circumstances, returning the item is not feasible.
