    This is a very dishonest seller. He shipped knowingly damaged good and then refused to let me return the item. If you check his ratings, he has numerous complaints for selling poorly packaged goods or items not as described. I am an almost thirty year EBayer with a perfect buying history. Item was sold “as new” but the box shows years of moisture damage and the bottle was almost empty. Dishonest seller with numerous negative ratings that hurts the entire eBay community.
