The communication is great. The seller even kept tabs on me about my delivery including letting me today it was delivered. The pack was tumble proof. The box was completely sealed so no worries about rain, water or other contaminates. The car was well protected as well. Absolutely this seller is is amazing. I might add his came in 1st from Japan before the other packages
