I ordered the wrong size as I am always a 38 in Ecco shoes but after ordering I realised that in the Ecco slides I am a 37. I messaged Legend via eBay explaining what I had done and first thing the following morning I had a reply saying that everything had been sorted and the correct size would be despatched. That’s what decent customer service is all about.
