Royal Mail didn't do well at all! They collected the item on Wednesday at 13:39 from the suppliers address in London. It was in their Glasgow MC on Friday at 21:27, at their Chelmsford MC on Sunday at 03:23 and was delivered to my address in Suffolk on Monday 14:03. So much for their "48 Hour Tracked Delivery". Why did it have to go via Glasgow for crying out loud? Not impressed!!!
