Bearing in mind I bought an item that was completely different to described. Tried to sort a resolution to get ignored. Be warned! If the item was the same item as described then I’d be happy. Completely wrong colour item to what I was told and I even asked in a message before!! When he raised an issue, I immediately apologised and opened up a return, so that he could get a refund - since then I had gotten no reply/update until the return was closed by Ebay, he messages me days after asking for me to open another return (which Ebay did not allow me to do) threatening me with negative feedback if I didn’t comply, how sad.
