    Do not buy from this seller. ITS A SCAM!!!! . Seller shows a carbon fiber unit in great condition... Then they dont ship it right away and when you contact them they tell you they already sold that unit and will send out another one to you.... however They send out a way worse version which mine was held together with hot glue. Then when questioned they tell you parts are used. Buy from someone else they have a 95 rating for a reason. ITS A SCAM!!!!

    The vendor took the order and generated a shipping label a few days later. The part never arrived and I kept checking on the status. The status kept reading the part was being shipped. I contacted the vendor many times never to receive and answer back. 3 weeks went by with the part not showing up in the the mailbox and never a word from the vendor. Finally a credit was given due to my putting in a claim with no explanation as to what went wrong. It was a very disappointing transaction.

    The item I purchased arrived in the timeframe expected and the radio was as advertised. That is all I really asked for so I am happy with the result. After I received the radio, to replace the broken radio in my car, I needed a unique code to activate the radio, part of the anti-theft protection now common in the industry. Such codes are not too easy to obtain and sometimes information from the donor car is needed. So I reached out to the seller to see if they could help and they are trying.
