    No color on DVD, no picture on VHS tape

    The VHS has sound but no picture. The DVD has sound and picture but is in BLACK AND WHITE! The rep from Directv was on lthe phone for over half an hour helping me and he did get everything hooked up to the point where I got to the first two lines. But from then on he couldn't help me. Please get in touch with the man, Kevin, I believe who sold this to me. Maybe he can help me. I paid $75.00 for this unti, way more than the other ones I've seen, so I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you.
