DHL delivered cushions without issue. however I had to personally collect the second package from UPS as they wouldn’t deliver without import tax being paid. reluctantly did this & raised a dispute & still to hear from Monster. Upon opening the package it became apparent it was damaged as per the photos. On further review it’s clear there should be another pack as half the ply units are missing & clearly can’t be built. Avoid the cowboys.

Thought I would just get on with it, but with hardly anything on it at all, less than 20kg the wood lifted in the corners and the metal braces warped. Really poor unsafe quality. They said they would collect if I returned. I organised the return and they ignored messages so I ended up having to wrap and take to the depot. They also promised a goodwill replacement, and have since ignored all email. Don't buy from these guys.
