What really impressed me was that I left a note to the seller to make sure the item arrived overseas undamaged and the seller indeed protected it like gold! It was also shipped at light speed, but that is also not so important, as is the fact that for a small business, as the seller wrote in a kind thank you letter, in my humble opinion, the seller's standards are stricter than industry's!!!
